Leigh Howes is a professionally qualified Executive Coach and Consultant, Educator, and Advisor to Business Leaders & Executives.

Leigh’s moments collection is inspired by her journey.  A journey of opportunity and progress, but one that at times has probably been too fast and with not enough moments to slow down, pause and reflect.

Transitioning from a corporate career into running her own business, whilst a Mum of 2 has been an incredible journey.  However, when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017; Leigh realised that she was also being given the gift of perspective and insight.  If Leigh wanted to show up her best for her family and be the best leader of her business; she had to learn to put the oxygen mask on first.

Leigh truly believes that when we learn to make time for ourselves and do more of what makes us happy; we free up space in our busy minds and our creativity can truly ignite.  She has learnt that her greatest ideas and innovation come from those moments of slowing down and clearing head space to speed back up again. Leigh truly wants YOU to experience these moments too.
